A&A Farms is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Farm Assistant to join our team, working Saturdays and Sundays, with the potential for additional hours as needed.

This role involves hands-on work with broodmares, foals, and yearlings in a well-managed, professional farm environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, feeding, turnout and bring-in, general barn duties, and property maintenance (including grass cutting).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This position is well-suited for a university student or an individual seeking consistent weekend employment in the equine industry.

Requirements:

Advanced equine experience, including prior handling of foals and stallions
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable access to a vehicle
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation:

Competitive, above-industry wages (paid on payroll)
Performance-based bonus structure available after 6 months
