Interested in a casual role with the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA)? Looking for an experienced individual with flexible working opportunities. $26.70/hour + 4% vacation pay, weekday and weekend shifts available, on an as needed basis to help with busy periods and vacation coverage. Located in Jerseyville, 8 hour shifts, with typical hours of 7:30 am – 4 pm. Contribute to the care and welfare of our herd of approximately 10 horses and work out of a modern facility with high care standards. Responsibilities include feeding, watering, turnout, stalls, cleaning, grooming and tacking. Candidates should have both horse and farm machinery experience, reliable transportation, a strong attention to detail and capability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Due to conflict of interest with this position, candidates may not own or have interest in a racehorse or work at or be involved with a race facility.
