Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic horse person. You will be responsible for general barn duties, full daily care of the horses, cleaning of stalls, turnout, grooming, feeding, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and inviting barn environment. You will work alongside another experienced team member to ensure our horses receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Feeding and watering horses
Grooming and maintaining overall horse cleanliness
Cleaning and maintaining stalls daily
Ensuring safe and structured turnout and exercise
Monitoring horse behavior and general health
Maintaining barn cleanliness and organization
Working collaboratively to support a positive, fun, and respectful work environment

Qualifications:

Horse experience required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
