C. Day Phillips Racing is looking for (3) Racehorse Exercise Riders to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full time position. Salary $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, and based on a 35 to 44 hour work week. 5 or more years of experience as a racehorse exercise rider at a racetrack  and breaking yearlings at the farm.
