Enjoy working with many of Canada’s top thoroughbred racehorses in a serene, non-stressful environment. Assist with daily care of 60+ retired thoroughbreds ages 3-26! Aside from daily barn chores such as mucking, sweeping and cleaning, several times a year the farm hosts events and you might be asked to participate in farm tours, media shoots, event setup, equine assisted learning and therapy sessions all while helping transition many of these deserving equine athletes into new careers and forever homes. Hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm with a 1 hour paid lunch. Looking for someone to work part-time 3 or 4 days a week or full-time 5 days a week can be arranged if more hours are preferred.
