Enjoy working with many of Canada’s top thoroughbred racehorses in a serene and scenic environment. We are looking for a mature individual to work full-time and assist with daily care of 60+ retired thoroughbreds ages 3-27! Aside from daily barn chores such as mucking, sweeping and cleaning and basic equine first aid, several times a year the farm hosts events and you might be asked to participate in farm tours, media shoots, event setup, equine assisted learning and therapy sessions. All while helping transition many of these deserving equine athletes into new careers and forever homes. Hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm with a 1 hour paid lunch, 5 days a week. Alternating weekend work is required.
