We are building a new facility in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, and are looking for a Barn Manager / Coach (ideally a couple or family that can share the job) to help us breathe life into it starting Summer 2026. We are sitting on over 100 acres of riverfront property with a brand-new indoor arena and a custom Mountain Trail course that needs a leader to run it. We need a Barn Manager to take full ownership of our equine program. 

Your first major project will be helping us scout and bring home our foundation herd of (Canadian) Horses, setting them up in a natural track system that prioritizes their welfare. Once the herd is settled, your role shifts to managing the facility and coaching our retreat guests. 

We are looking for someone experienced in Natural Horsemanship who can guide beginners through groundwork and help experienced riders navigate trail obstacles with finesse. 

This role comes with a private house on-site because we view this as a lifestyle partnership rather than a standard 9-to-5 job. You would be the heart of the ranch, ensuring the horses are happy and the guests are safe.
