We are a smaller private equestrian facility that is looking for a full time Property Manager.  Equine knowledge is an asset but not required. The equine assistance would be on an as needed basis. The main job would be property care including (but not limited to), lawn and field care, tree/trail maintenance,  fence and building maintenance, donkey/chicken care, assisted horse care when requested and equipment maintenance. (Basically every type of duty required to keep a farm clean and running smooth) All training of equipment (tractor, loader, skidsteer,  zero turn mowers, chainsaws etc etc) will be provided. Knowledge of these is an asset but not required by the right candidate ready/willing to learn new things.
Gender is not a factor. 
Monday to Friday (Stat holidays included unless discussed prior), apprx 8 hrs a day.  Occasional weekend/evening work MAY come up (haying or special projects, but would be discussed prior).

$23-25/hr to start (depending on general experience) plus health/medical benefits package available after trial period

Must have a valid drivers license. 

Availability to start apprx second week of August for training ( or before if available) and full start date would be August 24.
