Position available at a private dressage stable located in Halton Hills!

We require full time barn help to manage the daily care and well being of 4 horses (currently).  Hours are based on apprx 8-9 hour day but may vary day to day due to specific duties.  Occasional possibility of coverage on weekends,  only as back up and possible shift switches during show season (details will be discussed).

General barn duties, including but not limited to; feeding, grooming, turn-in/out, mucking, bathing, wrapping, clipping, paddock picking etc, therapies, lunging, exercising (depending on qualifications) coordinating duties with weekend staff, feed ordering and all general day to day management.  Minimum 3 years previous experience required, show grooming/care and experience a plus! Reliable transportation a must

This position also includes the possibility of the winter show season in Wellington, Florida (apprx Jan-Apr), so the candidate should be willing to travel and have a valid passport. (Details will be discussed)

Competative Wages and benefits to be discussed, depending on level of experience.Georgetown Area.  $19-25/hr depending on experience level
