We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our dynamic mobile sales team. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service, promote and sell a variety of products, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the equestrian industry.

Location:
This position will primarily be based at our Caledon Equestrian Parks and Angelstone Tournaments mobile locations. Additional hours may be available at other locations.

• Welcome and assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, equestrian trends, and industry developments.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care to ensure a positive experience.
