Graphic Design Coordinator – Where Design Meets Horse Sense

At System Equine, we live and breathe horses. From barn builds to product design, everything we do supports the people who make the equine world go round.

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Coordinator who can merge artistic talent with equestrian experience — someone who understands that a good design speaks to both the head and the heart of a horse owner.

The Role

You’ll bring ideas to life across print and digital platforms — creating visuals that elevate our brand and engage our community. From packaging design to campaign graphics, every project you touch will help tell the story of who we are and what we stand for.

Your Day-to-Day

• Design and produce eye-catching marketing materials (print + digital)
• Create content that supports product launches and brand campaigns
• Keep our visuals fresh across the website and social channels
• Support photo and video shoots with editing and creative input
• Maintain consistency across all materials while staying creative
• Apply your real-world horse knowledge to every design decision

Who You Are

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required)
• Confident balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines
• A creative problem solver with a strong eye for detail
• A horse person through and through — you get the audience because you are the audience
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
• Experience uitalzing SEO or Google Analytics
• Photography or video editing experience
