✨ Full-Time Barn Assistant Manager Position ✨

We are a large boarding facility in Puslinch looking for the perfect addition to our team! Our barn is a family-friendly environment filled with fantastic owners and some truly great horses. We take pride in being a modern facility that welcomes riders from all disciplines.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone with:
• Excellent horsemanship skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Great customer service skills
Someone who has reliable transportation and understands the commitment daily horsecare requires

Responsibilities:
• Feeding
• Blanketing/booting
• Turn-in/turn-out
• Stall cleaning & general barn chores
• Preparing feeds

Bonus Skills: Please let us know if you have experience with:
• Basic equine first aid
• Operating a tractor
• Handling and working with young horses

Position Details:
• Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (includes a lunch break)
• Schedule: Morning chores typically wrap up around 1 PM, with turn-in starting at 3 PM
• Housing: No accommodations available
• Stall included: Preferably seeking someone with a horse (outdoor options available for multiple horses)

We host diverse clinics, ranging from flag work and cattle sorting to high-level dressage and working equitation. I’m also passionate about teaching horsemanship and the business side of running an equine facility.
