User Reliance and Independent Verification
The University does not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee the content of any job posting or related content or communication. Job seekers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before relying on any job posting, communication, or opportunity made available through the Job Board. Candidates should independently verify the legitimacy of employers and the terms of any opportunity.
Employers and recruiters should independently assess the qualifications, background, and suitability of candidates.
The University is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from user interactions, interviews, employment offers, employment relationships, or transactions initiated through the Job Board.
Reporting and Removal of Postings
Users may report postings they believe to be fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions. The University may review reported content and may remove, suspend, edit, restrict access to, or refuse to publish any posting at any time and in its sole discretion, with or without notice. The University assumes no duty to remove any particular posting within any specific time, and shall not be liable for any failure to remove, or delay in removing, any content.
